The St. Louis Blues have to face the Chicago Blackhawks before an eight-day All Star break. A win would move them past Dallas and put them two points behind the 'Hawks.

David Backes will be playing in his 700th game as a Blues player tonight, which puts him with only five other players in Blues history. Here's the game day preview:

This game really is a four-point game. A St. Louis win would put the Blues ahead of the Dallas Stars and only two points behind the Blackhawks. Both CHI and STL are playing their 52nd game of the season—the most games played by any team in the NHL.

Projected lines:
Forwards
Steen- Stastny- Brouwer
Fabbri- Lehtera- Tarasenko
Berglund- Backes- Rattie
Upshall- Brodziak- Jaskin

Defense
Bouwmeester- Pietrangelo
Gunnarsson- Shattenkirk
Edumundson- Parayko

Goalie
Elliott

Talked to Jaden Schwartz this morning. Will post some stuff later. But he started off with, "I'm just here so I won't get fined." #stlblues
