Well, here we are—again. After an 82 game regular season and thirteen playoff games we are at another elimination game. This game determines the happiness or sadness of die-hard fans throughout the midwest.

You can tune into tonight's game at 7:00 p.m on NBCSN or SN. With a tied series (3-3), both teams should give everything they've got in order to survive another round. It would be devastating for Blues fans to beat the defending champs and then lose in the second round, but—for Dallas fans—it would be hard to swallow a loss after earning the best record in the Central Division (then they'd know how it feels to be a Blues fan, I guess).
Tyler Seguin won't return in this series, so if we lose Stars fans will be able to say they beat us without one of their best players. Another reason I'm PRAYING we play three solid periods of hockey.
I'm not finished believing in this team, so I hope they aren't finished with this season. If they play with the same intensity as they did in the second and third periods of Game 6, they will win the game. They were't worried about being perfect. They were simply playing hockey. They weren't worried about making mistakes... They were playing to survive.
